Hello friends and family,

As many of you know, I am a passionate and proud supporter of the Chicago Cultural Alliance and I want to share news about an event that is important to Chicago!   This year’s Alliance’s MOSAIC Gala on June 22nd at the Field Museum celebrates the Alliance’s 15th Anniversary! MOSAIC supports our mission of raising underrepresented voices, building community, and creating cultural connections.

More than ever, we need the energy and hope that the Alliance brings to our community.  And so, I am asking you to join me in achieving the fundraising goals that are vital to support our groundbreaking intercultural programming.

Why is the Alliance so important?   It nurtures more than 40 small and neighborhood-based cultural heritage centers and ethnic organizations to become more effective collaborators on issues that bond our community and give voice to cultures often unseen and unheard. The Alliance helps them work together to drive tourism to Chicago neighborhoods, to reach new audiences, to access financial resources, and to craft creative collaborative initiatives to guarantee that our diverse legacies live on!

I hope you will consider helping me fill a table for this amazing event.  Individual tickets are $200.  If you are unable to attend, a donation in any amount to the Alliance would be so appreciated.  Your support will help us showcase the many voices and cultures that make up our great city and will ensure that their imprint in our city continues!
