The recipe she is sharing comes from museum staff member Maria Klimchak:

Nalysnyky (Ukrainian Crêpes)

Crepes:

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp brandy
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• Pinch salt
• 2 tbsp oil
• Butter

Filling

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 2 tbsp icing sugar
• 2 tbsp cream

1. In large bowl, combine eggs, flour, milk, sugar, brandy, vanilla and salt; mix just until combined. Mix in oil. Let stand for 15 minutes.
2. Brush 6-inch crêpe pan or small skillet with butter; heat over medium heat. Pour a few tablespoons of the batter into pan, swirling and tilting pan to coat thinly and evenly. Cook until lightly browned on bottom; transfer to plate. Continue with remaining batter, brushing pan lightly with butter each time.
3. Filling: Cream together cream cheese, icing sugar and cream
4. Spread about 1 tbsp of the filling on 1 of the crêpes. Roll up and place in greased baking dish. Repeat with remaining crêpes and filling. Bake in 300°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

**Tip: For the filling, you can use other jams, or meat and vegetables with sauce.
